Designing your Spaces

  • When we start building your project we understand your expectations, dreams and budget requirements. That's how we cater to your needs and offer the best we have.

  • When we learn of your expectations, we appreciate blueprints of your floor plans, any model designs to help us explore your needs. The discussion will also include of the requirements, your lifestyle and your personality in detail with the designer we assign solely for you.

  • For further models and inspiration we request you to indulge through our comprehensive repository of looks. This can speed up the discussion process. Also having a budget in mind can help us understand the expenditure.

  • While we assign every customer with a personal designer to help comprehend your design and dreams, we ensure that they take in all the information required and offer an estimated cost before starting the work. This estimated cost is inclusive of the reference designs, colour palettes and mood boards, giving you a sneak peek into your dream space. We also share across the tentative BoQ (Bill of Quantities) which has furniture, products and home service costings pre-added.

  • MillarQ Design keeps the creative quest going. That's how we ensure we have a wide range of products that contains products for all your spaces- sofas, beds, chairs, lights, tables, kitchen appliances, wardrobes, storage units, in shapes, colour and finish you desire.

  • Before we start with any work on your dream home, we double-check the designs, approaches and ideas with you. The assigned designer will walk you through the whole concept bit by bit, exploring each design. If needed, edits can be made as required immediately, compatible with your mood.

  • To avoid any confusion, we assign an assorted designer to each customer. We believe that only 100% of undivided attention can get your dream home true. Hence the single point of contact will be your designer who stands accountable for managing the work, from the scratch.

  • The team at MillarQ Design ensures complete transparency when we design for you. We update you with current timelines, schedules for the day and the progress via emails, calls, meetings-at-site and through your registered account. You are in complete awareness of the progress and site conditions at all times.

  • Every customer is free to visit the site at any time they prefer. However, our designer is always available to manage the task at your site with regular timely visits to monitor the work. In case of any confusion or corrections, we will contact you at the earliest regarding the same.

  • We do our best to complete projects on time without any delay , regardless of the situation. However in certain unprecedented situations, if there is a delay, we request you to talk to your assigned designer to resolve the concerns.

  • At MillarQ Design we keep customer happiness and convenience our topmost priority. That's why we offer you easy solutions just in case you arent happy with the quality of your designer- we replace your designer. Kindly note that once the order is placed, no form of refunds and cancellations will be entertained.

  • Payments at MillarQ Design
    We are simple when it comes to payments. We keep it transparent and accept multiple modes of payments:
    We make these arrangements when you pay an initial amount of 20%. Once the project is completely finalized, 70% of the final amount is to be paid. Based on the scope of work, 100% payment needs to be made at Execution Milestone.

  • The 10% design fee is non negotiable and non refundable at any given stage.

Just to be on the safer side, our designer after a complete transparent discussion with you will provide you with an approximate estimation of your expenditure. There can be changes depending upon changes in the design, material selection, color, shapes and finish.

Once all requirements are confirmed, we give you a final project cost. It includes all costs- furniture, products, design & management fee, charges for services, delivery & installation and taxes applied.

There may seem to be slight modifications in the approximate amount when compared to the final amount. This may be due to the changes in the design and interiors of your home as selected and approved by you.

To avoid confusion, we add an online payment link with every bill we issue, this makes payments easier.

If offline payment is handy, then we assist you with the same. Feel free to contact our designer or the customer experience team for the transactional details. If the online transaction fails, no amount is deducted from your account or card. To avoid such, we request you to transact from a stable network location and enter all correct details.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Desiring something else? We understand your desires and dreams while you build your dream project. That's why we offer refunds as agreed upon in the Cancellation policy.

  • If the cancellation happens within 7 days after paying the booking amount (10% of the project), we offer you the whole refund of the booking. No refund for cancellation will be carried out after 7 days of the booking period.

   •  We offer complete freedom for alterations as needed while you discuss your

       plans with the designer. After the Sales Order is created, no further changes will be accepted.

  • As we curate each order, we don't encourage cancelling, replacing or altering items once the final order is placed. Kindly understand the whole design and furnishing before placing the final order.

  • If you receive any product defective or damaged or not as we had promised you in original specifications, we take it on us. We offer you options for the same:

    1. Rectify or replace the product.

    2. Exchange
    We help you to exchange the product with another product. However, if the price of the new product is higher than the order value, the extra amount will be paid by the buyer. If the amount of the new order is lesser, extra will refund the extra amount at the earliest.

  • For return and refund of the products, kindly follow these instructions carefully:

    a) They must be unused with original price tags and labels.
    b) Returning the original invoice is necessary while returning the product.
    Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned product within 72 hours. Once they clear the quality tests, we process the return. Designated personnel will be assigned to update on the product, its delivery and your refund options.

    Kindly note:

  • We don't return or exchange customized furniture products.

  • Any non-manufacturing defects and damages after delivery will make the

    product invalid for returns and replacements.

  • Modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions are tailor-made and can't be returned

    or exchanged.

  • We keep the return process easy. Just mail us at contact@millarqdesign.com from 3 days of your order receipt.

    Loving your MillarQ Design products

   •  While we do our best to give you the best, we suggest some simple solutions

       for keeping your products in good condition, in the long run.

  1. Keep them in dry condition.

  2. Kindly clean only using a soft cloth or soft brush.

  3. Do not use any chemicals for cleaning the products.

  4. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and outdoor use. This helps keep the product

    away from colour fading and damage to upholstery, solid wood and engineered

    wood furniture.

  5. For any assistance, feel free to contact us. Do not try to attach or dismantle

       fixed furniture parts from the products.
   6. Kindly avoid using any product that can alter the
MillarQ Design

       product. This will make it ineffective from the warranty.
